Photos from our second grade PBL project

Our second graders spent a day at the Geddes Park completing their PBL project. They planted succulents, painted, raked, cleaned, planted their garden veggies, and added garbage can holders for the park garbages. The park turned out looking AMAZING! They would like to thank the parents, grandparents, volunteers, and the Platte-Geddes High School Shop Class for their help and partnership in the project.

Caylee Foxley made a "Good News Call" to her Mom today. Caylee was nominated for the "Good News Call" by her classroom teacher, Mrs. Regan Holleman. Mrs. Holleman said, "Caylee is kind, caring and a friend to everyone. She is always respectful and responsible and willing to help wherever she is needed. She is an All-Star student every single day and she deserves to be recognized for simply being awesome! We are so blessed to have her at Platte-Geddes Elementary!" Thanks for being a great kiddo, Caylee! Keep up the great work!
